RSPCA Qld St Lucia - 2010 Million Paws Walk - Sunday, 16 May 2010
Located at the University of Queensland St Lucia, the Brisbane Million Paws Walk continues to be one of the RSPCA Qld's most popular outdoor events for animal lovers and their furry friends. Get involved on Sunday, 16 May 2010, by enjoying a 4km walk along Brisbane's beautiful waterways, mingle with other pet owners, enter fantastic competitions and end the day by relaxing with great entertainment, a variety of food and drink, exhibitor stalls and animal demonstrations.
Funds raised through walk registrations and online fundraising goes towards vital programs, services and campaigns undertaken by RSPCA Qld, as well as looking after the animals in our care.
Activities scheduled on the day include:
* Pet expo with exhibitors featuring the latest pet products and services.
* 'Kids Corner' including Super Slide and Facepainting
* Food and beverage stalls.
* Live entertainment.
* Remember the fun of the day by getting your pet's photo taken by RSPCA Qld's photography partner, Zoo Studio www.zoostudio.com.au
* Agility canine courses and demonstrations.
* Competitions and plenty of prizes.
* Flyball Fanatics
* Free vet checks.
* Dog washing provided by Aussie Pooch Mobile.www.aussiepm.com.au
