The December Fest is the second of the Capital Summer Series. The Festival also includes the second race of the novice series and
one of the Triathlon Act classics: "The Olympic"
Festival Location Location: PLEASE NOTE that the race venue has been moved from Acton Ferry Terminal to Rond Terraces. Race registration, start, finish and transition will be at Rond Terraces in Commonwealth Park (at the bottom of Anzac Parade, overlooking Lake Burley Griffin), plenty of car parking is available near the Anzac Park West office building which can be accessed from Constitution Avenue. In www.whereis.com.au , typing Anzac Park West in the “What” field and Constitution Ave, Reid ACT in the “Where” field will get you to the correct set of traffic lights at the car park access road. Please do not park on the grassy median strip on Parkes Way, you will make it difficult to justify future events at Rond Terraces and YOU ARE LIKELY TO GET A PARKING FINE. There is an access tunnel that goes from the Anzac Park West car park under Parkes Way into Commonwealth Park. Turn left at the tunnel exit, the race site is a 200 meter walk away. We have moved the race venue due to the lower lake water levels – the swim and run courses have had to be changed, the bike course will remain the same. New course maps and course descriptions will be put up on the website as soon as we can, definitely by the end this week.MIZUNO 10KM RUNNING SERIES RACE
