Welcome to Triathlon ACT website.
TRIATHLON ACT MISSION:
Triathlon ACT Inc. (TACT) is the peak body for the sport of triathlon and its related disciplines of duathlon and aquathlon in the ACT. TACT’s mission is:
- to promote interest in triathlons and multi-sport endurance events;
- to promote good fellowship among those interested in triathlons and multi-sport events;
- to educate, train, coach and encourage members of the association;
- to ensure triathlons and multi-endurance sport events are conducted in the best interests of the participants and the sport of triathlon and to liaise with and, where appropriate, in the absolute discretion of the association, to sanction event promoters and relevant bodies to achieve this;
- to do all such things and acts conducive to the furtherance of the objects and interests of the association;
- to do any one or all of the following, to promote, advertise, organise, conduct or sanction triathlon and multi-endurance sport events for its members and members of the public.
Corporate Vision
Triathlon will be a high profile sport in the ACT with growing participation rates from all age groups and competitor levels supported by highly professional leadership and administration
